Stack and Start
(Stack) Complete morning yoga routine and immediately sit down and write blog for 2 minutes.
Keep blank index card and pen next to yoga mat and jot down thoughts that might become the day’s blog post. If not, just toss the card in the trash.
Keep another blank card next to writing computer and if any distracting thoughts come up while blogging, jot them on the card and return to blogging.
While blogging if additional thoughts for the blog article you’re writing come up — quickly jot them down at the end of the page and return to writing.
